The new apartment-complex, built as low-energy housing, offers our guests 4 x 60 m² flexible flats, for 2-4 people.
Each apartment consists of a small kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. It is equipped with every comfort such as cooking utensils, TV, Internet, etc. and has a spacious balcony. A sun terrace, a barbecue area, and the breath-taking view complete the offer.

Price infos
- You have to pay an extra charge for dogs.
- Prices are per apartment for a minimum stay of 5 nights, excluding breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- In addition to the rental cost, a tourist tax* of € 3,00 per person per day is also payable (for guests aged 14 upwards).
*Tourist tax: was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014. The money is used to develop and maintain local infrastructure and services, and to organise cultural and sports events. The tax is applicable to every individual guest and all premises providing overnight accommodation. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The tax is payable on departure and is calculated separately.
- Cancellation
You undoubtedly take special care when arranging your holiday. However, anything may happen up to your time of arrival or during your stay. Booking is mandatory!
In the event of cancellation:
The Italian consumer protection code does not include a right of withdrawal. We will nevertheless grant you a right of withdrawal in line with Art. 1382 of the code, and under the following conditions: up to 3 months before arrival, you may still cancel without charge, but any time after that your advance payment will be withheld. From 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival, a sum equivalent to 4 days’ rental will be retained. In the 4 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged 100% of the cost of the accommodation (plus a handling charge of € 10,00).

- Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out a “Rote Hahn” cancellation policy at time of booking to cover the cost of your stay, so that you can enjoy your holiday with complete peace of mind.

- Arrival & departure

Extra fee for 2-4 nights: € 15 per day
In case of late arrival or early departure the full price will be charged.
- Deposit
Your reservation is confirmed on receipt of a deposit. This will be withheld if the booking is cancelled, so guests are advised to take out a cancellation policy.

- Restaurant service:
Start your day with a generous buffet breakfast (not included in the price), served in our typical old cellar restaurant (“Hofschank” in German). We will also spoil you with a delicious lunch or dinner. Our kitchen is open until 2 p.m. In the afternoon, we can offer you a nice cup of coffee accompanied by pastries or traditional Tyrolean snacks. Dinner is served from 6.30 p.m. You can choose your favourite dishes from our menu.
